Sometimes, the getting started process is the most difficult part in self-exploration. This workbook will take you through 30-days of guided self-reflection.

  • Ideally you will reflect on each journal prompt one day at a time over the course of 30-days. There is no need to rush through this process, often when we give ourselves time for marination on a thought we can deepen our inner understanding. However, if you are really feeling it, knock your socks off move through as many prompts as you want in a sitting.

  • SURE! You may really enjoy these questions and want to work through other intentions over a 30-day span. Or simply use some of the prompts explore other curiosities about yourself.

  • This workbook may bring up things you have known about or are new for you. Never hesitate to reach out for 1:1 work with me or any therapist in your community. Sometimes we need a little extra support with these things.

If these resources bring up things you’d like to explore more deeply, therapy can be a supportive place to continue that work. Learn more about working with me.
