Sometimes, the getting started process is the most difficult part in self-exploration. This workbook will take you through 30-days of guided self-reflection.

Ideally you will reflect on each journal prompt one day at a time over the course of 30-days. There is no need to rush through this process, often when we give ourselves time for marination on a thought we can deepen our inner understanding. However, if you are really feeling it, knock your socks off move through as many prompts as you want in a sitting.
