My approach is informed by attachment theory and integrates modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), PACT for couples, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, along with a whole-person perspective that considers emotional, relational, and bodily experiences.
I also hold a deep belief that you already carry the capacity for meaningful change. My role is to help you notice what may be difficult to see on your own and support you as you move toward the life and relationships you want.
